Well, I started to eat more healthy over 3 years ago because I have noticed I was puting-on weight. It was difficult time for me as I could’t accept my self because of my apperance . Every time I looked in the mirror I didn’t see my self in it. I seen someone else, someone that I would never though I will ever become…

I felt like I wasn’t in my own body. When we are young we eat what ever we want and never put on weight right? but at some point it changes because our metabolism slows down as we get older.

One morning when I was getting ready to work I looked in the mirror and I just cried and from that moment I knew I had to do something about my eating habbits and change the way I eat.

My next step was to do some research about healthy eating and living, there are a lot of blogs that you can read and all of them say it is easy and you can do it, well for me it was very difficult at first but after eating healthy for a week I found that it was getting easier, I think it is just the fact that you have to get into that new routine. A lot of people think, eating heathy can be boring and without taste, but this is not true! heathy food can be very delicious!

After eating healthy for a while I have noticed some changes in my body, I had more energy and I lost some weight too! That made me so happy and proud of my self, I knew I was going the right direction to get my self back on track! After seeing the results I have gain a lot of motivation to continue with heathy eating. Every time I had some chocolate or muffin I felt bad about it after! this was strange feeling honestly!
