Healthy tips for adults.

  1. The obvious one, eat a variety of fruit and vegetables.
  2. Replace saturated fat with unsaturated fat
  3. Reduce salt and sugar intake

  5. Eat regularly and control the portion size
  6. The most important one is sign up with your local gym and be active
