Hey guys, recently I haven’t been posting much on my blog due to high level of anxiety I have been experiencing, it is very difficult to write content due to this issue, hopefully, soon I will feel much better and thanks for your patience!
- The obvious one, eat a variety of fruit and vegetables.
- Replace saturated fat with unsaturated fat
- Reduce salt and sugar intake

- Eat regularly and control the portion size
- The most important one is sign up with your local gym and be active
