What is Summer hydration?

Summer Hydration is very important for all of us, 60% of human adult body is water According to H.H. Mitchell Journal of biological chemistry. Water plays a key role in heart health, physical performance, weight management and brain function.

Average human should consume between 2-3 litres of water daily, I’m not talking about teas or fizzy drinks as they are extras in our daily diet.

Drinking 2-3 litres of water daily will keep our skin hydrated and clear from spots as water can act like a ‘antioxidant’ basically it will help to get rid of the toxins from your body and make your skin more radiant and glowing.

Can tea or coffee dehydrate your body?

This is very common question let me answer it for you.

Tea or coffee are the most popular beverages in the world , we can enjoy them hot or cold and can contribute to our daily fluid needs. However both of the drinks contain high amount of ‘caffeine’ that can cause dehydration.

After reading a lot of articles I have came to the conclusion that cafinated drinks can cause you dehydration due to the fact that they can cause you to urinate more often which means that we loose our body fluids and this could affect your hydration.

We need our vitamins to glow!

What fruit and vegetables you should include in your diet?
